I am Angelica (she/her/hers), and I am a clinical social worker, who is a recovering people pleaser.

I work with adults who have struggled to meet their own emotional needs. They are trying to relearn the balance of being a partner, parent, and friend. The ones who struggle to say that without taking care of themselves, they cant take care of anyone else around them.

My goal is for you to view yourself as the beautiful person you are mentally, physically, and emotionally.
