A note from Finding Balance Therapy…
You felt as though you were prepared to balance all that you had hoped for; being a parent, working, continuing to be a loving partner and a friend. You feel unfulfilled, searching for a change, looking for a new passion. You feel exhausted, but you find yourself unable to relax.
You tell yourself this is what you have been searching for for as long as you can remember. It’s impacting your relationships with those you hold close. My clients just want to be able to show up for all that need them and for themselves too. It is okay for you to find help.
My goal for my clients are to help you identify what is holding you back, what thoughts you are telling yourself, what memories and conversations are keeping you up at night.
