Do you accept insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network provider. If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits for sessions, please contact the number found on the back of your insurance card. You will be responsible for my full fee at the time of the appointment and we can provide you with a super bill to submit to insurance for reimbursement.

Why do some clients prefer to use out of network benefits?

When you use your insurance, Finding Balance Therapy must accept a contract with your insurance company. This contract allows the insurance company access to your personal health information. It also requires a medical diagnosis for our sessions to be covered. This allows the insurance company to determine if sessions are medically necessary for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
